About Linda Rauch Gallery
LINDA RAUCH GALLERY is located in the historic district of Taos, New Mexico, at 246 A, Ledoux Street. The gallery sits right next door to the Harwood Art Museum. Ledoux Street is steeped in history and has a quaint old world appeal. It is located in the Ledoux Street Arts District. The gallery features the work of Linda Rauch.
Linda Rauch is an acrylic painter that specializes in contemporary wildflower florals that have a touch of impressionism in them; as well as a style that Linda describes as hard edge fantasy which is very contemporary, and is full of multiple patterns, shapes and bright colors . The gallery is hung with the gorgeous art work of Linda Rauch and is a definate "must see" when you are in this well known art mecca. The gallery is inside a very historic adobe building that was once the studio of one of the Taos original artists, Emil Bisttram. He designed the space to have large north light windows for painting and teaching art and he established the first Taos School of Art in this space. Bisttram's work is in the Harwood Art Museum adjacent to LINDA RAUCH GALLERY.
